Our team at Michigan Consulting & Environmental serves as the primary consultant for the land bank through every stage in the process, from a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to environmental closure. Currently, there are 45 county land banks in the state of Michigan, and all remaining counties fall under the state land bank. Our consultation services assist in alleviating our clients’ challenges from navigating this complex process, ensuring all of the requirements and regulations are seamlessly followed and managed.
From a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to environmental closure, our team serves as the main consultant for the land bank through every step while adhering to the relevant regulatory bodies. Blight Elimination Program
The Blight Elimination Program (BEP Program) is a state and federally funded initiative that allocates financial resources to local land banks to assist with either demolition, remediation, stabilization, or rehabilitation of blighted properties. As environmental consultants, we assist in assessing these sites and determining the most appropriate course of action for the properties.
At Michigan Consulting & Environmental, we are proud to have a team of experts composed of environmental scientists, engineers, and geologists who provide practical and effective solutions.
